Cadcorp SIS 9 released
The eagerly anticipated GIS software release, Cadcorp SIS 9, is available now. The Cadcorp SIS suite of GIS products is a complete set of geospatial tools covering desktop, server, web, and application development environments. The new release includes multiple performance improvements as well as new and enhanced functionality.
A helping hand for managing assets. Housing associations throughout the UK are using GIS software so they can deliver against their social and financial objectives in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. Some housing associations could be missing out because they are unable to justify employing a dedicated mapping expert. For housing associations requiring support, Cadcorp offers hosted and managed web mapping as a service.
Secretary of State for Digital welcomed tech leaders at the first Geospatial Tech Breakfast at 10 Downing Street. The Geospatial Commission has been created to drive and deliver the right policies and projects to maintain the UK’s status as a geospatial leader. The wide ranging discussion covered innovation, investment, and access to data and skills. Cadcorp was one commercial organisation invited to provide input.
